If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to get your money back.

Country and time of delivery

We will do our best to send your products as soon as possible.

For countries members of the European Union, You will receive your products in 2 to 5 working days most of the times. Other countries in 5 to 8 working days.

Please consider that for orders made through bank transfer, the shipping times are calculated from the day in which payment was received.

The delivery times can be subject to delays in case of holidays and carriers do not carry out any deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

For orders made through credit card, in addition to the regular shipping times, an extra working day is required to carry out the usual administrative checks.

Products will be delivered, in any case, within 30 days in accordance with the terms foreseen by laws in force.

Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 60 days from when you or any appointed third-parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.

Extended Christmas returns policy
Items purchased online between 15th November 2020 and 25th December 2020, can be returned until the 31st January 2021.

To exercise this right, you can send an explicit declaration to Triboo Digitale, with registered office in Milan, VialeSarca 336 EdificioSedici, using the contact form or email address [email protected], stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal using the withdrawal form enclosed, following the instructions provided in the withdrawal confirmation email you will receive from Triboo Digitale. Remember to insert the completed RMA form in the packaging together with the "Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Code" you receive from our Customer Care service and send it to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your request form before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which Triboo Digitale receives your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such refunds using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund via a different means of payment, in which case you will be charged for any additional fees incurred as a result of your choice of such means. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having despatched the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you have received the product, please return it to Triboo Digitale without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days from the day you sent notice of your withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you exercise your right of withdrawal via the website using the return service provided by the website, before confirming the withdrawal request, the cost to return the goods will be indicated.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return due to defect or non conformity

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care service to request your Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Code sending the fully completed RMA form, together with any photographic evidence. You can do this using the contact form or by writing to [email protected]Customer Care will send you a confirmation email with shipping instructions and indications on how to change or  request a refund for the purchased product.

We use the latest and most up to date technology available, to ensure your data is protected. We use a Godaddy SSL certificate.

Please, note that we do not store or receive your credit card details. When you pay, your data is collected and processed directly by trusted payment services such as Paypal and Globalcollect.
